CRISPING TURKEY BACON

Everyone loves bacon, but it’s high in fat and sodium so I like to substitute it with turkey bacon. I’ve found that this is the best way to cook perfectly crisp turkey bacon. This technique also allows you to cook more bacon than what you can fit in your frying pan.

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and then place a wire rack on top. Lay bacon on the wire rack.
