I love when I can reuse old jars and cans to create something beautiful & functional. This is as simple as opening a can of tomatoes for some marinara sauce!
Make sure you clean the can very well and remove the top. Do your best to remove it cleanly so you don’t get cut on any sharp edges. Remove the paper. If you’re having trouble with the glue, soak the can in water or use a little Goo Gone.
I like to fill mine with a mixture of different flowers either all the same color or mixed colors. It just depends on the occasion! Mix 28oz. cans with 14oz. cans for some variety.
Now, go make marinara, salsa or anything else that requires canned tomatoes!
