Steak & Arugula Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups arugula
  • 1 1/2 tsp toasted pine nuts
  • 1/4 avocado cubed
  • 6 oz. flank steak sliced thinly (it’s good hot or cold!)
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • S&P to taste

Method
 

  1. Toss all ingredients besides steak into a bowl and toss.
  2. Serve with steak on top, simple!
