Ginger & Sriracha Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. brussel sprouts tough ends removed and cut in half
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  2. Add sprouts, sriracha and soy and toss to coat.
  3. Pour in chicken stock and cover. Steam for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until brussel sprouts are lightly charred.
  5. Serve hot.
