Ingredients
  • 3 cups arugula
  • 1 1/2 tsp toasted pine nuts
  • 1/4 avocado, cubed
  • 6oz. flank steak, sliced thinly (it’s good hot or cold!)
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • S&P to taste
Method
  1. Toss all ingredients besides steak into a bowl and toss.
  2. Serve with steak on top, simple!
