Ingredients
- 3 cups arugula
- 1 1/2 tsp toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 avocado, cubed
- 6oz. flank steak, sliced thinly (it’s good hot or cold!)
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- S&P to taste
Method
- Toss all ingredients besides steak into a bowl and toss.
- Serve with steak on top, simple!
