Ingredients
  

Apples
  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Crumble Topping
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel apples, then quarter and core them. Slice apples into 1/4″ thick slices. Toss with lemon juice and cinnamon to coat. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine all the topping ingredients and mash with a fork so that everything is totally incorporated.
  4. Spray 4 ramekins with Pam Original. Layer equal amounts of apples in each one.
  5. Top with the crumb topping, pressing gently on the top of each one.
  6. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
