Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel apples, then quarter and core them. Slice apples into 1/4″ thick slices. Toss with lemon juice and cinnamon to coat. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine all the topping ingredients and mash with a fork so that everything is totally incorporated.
Spray 4 ramekins with Pam Original. Layer equal amounts of apples in each one.
Top with the crumb topping, pressing gently on the top of each one.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
