
This salsa is perfect for parties — I serve it with baked tortilla chips. It’s also great on its own as a side dish!

- Remove husk and silks from corn. Preheat your grill over medium heat. Spray corn with Pam and grill until lightly charred.
- Let corn cool and then cut kernels off the cob.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients through lime juice.
- Season to taste. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve with baked tortilla chips.
