I love this twist on traditional gnocchi. The sweet potatoes and whole wheat flour give it a nutty taste, while the ham, mushrooms and sage say, ‘it’s fall!’
We make this classic Thanksgiving dessert skinnier by using fat free condensed milk and less sugar. The result — a delicious, cool & creamy dessert!
I like to cook this one day before and let it cool in the refrigerator. Once it’s cool, I scrape a good amount of the hardened fat off the top to make it even lighter. Don’t get rid of all of it though, it adds flavor! Serve on top of our roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
I love making this on Sunday and let it simmer all afternoon. The house smells great & the chili tastes even better. Try it with our jalapeno cornbread muffins!
